THE CONTRACT

This contract governs the terms and conditions of the passenger transport service provided by Velia Limousine, the trade name of the company COOPERATIVA 3 STELLE A.R.L., with registered office in SANT'AGNELLO (NA), VIA A. BALSAMO 71, ZIP Code 80065, VAT number IT10760381219 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we"). The customer using our services shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Customer".

By accessing, browsing, or using our website or applications via any platform and/or completing a booking, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. Booking confirmation implies acceptance by the Customer, also on behalf of any third parties indicated in the booking, including minors and persons with disabilities.

BOOKING

Services offered by Velia Limousine can be booked online through our website www.velialimousine.com or through the official contacts listed on the website. To ensure availability, bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For requests submitted beyond this timeframe, the Company reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the booking, undertaking to promptly inform the Customer.

At the end of the booking process, the Customer will receive a written confirmation via email containing all the details related to the requested services. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the provided information and to report any errors via email. The Company shall not be held liable for any issues caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.

VEHICLES

The vehicle selection made at the time of booking is purely indicative and is based solely on the number of passengers and luggage indicated. We cannot guarantee a specific model or make of vehicle. However, we guarantee that all our transfers are carried out in first-class vans, equipped with every comfort and option to ensure a luxurious and comfortable journey.

INCLUSIONS

The rate includes a private vehicle with driver, all vehicle-related costs, parking fees, and other charges related to the transportation.

EXCLUSIONS

The rate does not include expenses for meals, entrance tickets, optional costs, personal expenses, gratuities, professional tour guide services, extra hours, and additional services.

PAYMENT

To confirm the booking, advance payment is required, including transfers, additional services, and any applicable fees. Payment can be made directly on our website at the end of the booking process via payment cards. Transactions are handled through a secure payment gateway in accordance with applicable regulations.

SURCHARGES

A 25% surcharge applies for night service (from 00:00 to 5:59) and a 20% surcharge applies from 21:00 to 23:59 and from 6:00 to 6:59.

DELAY POLICY

In the event of flight, train, or ferry delays, the driver will wait for the Client at the designated pickup location.
Velia Limousine will charge extra fees for waiting times exceeding a permitted minimum.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

For transfers, private tours, and cruise passenger tours, if the booking is canceled with at least 72 hours' notice before the appointment time, a full refund will be granted.
In the case of no-shows, the full amount will be charged.
Any disputes or controversies related to the activities between our company and the Client will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Torre Annunziata.
